In early 1992, plaintiffs,
Jonathan and Leah Walston, filed a complaint alleging that nearby power lines caused Jonathan’s
meningioma and Leah’s various ailments. Plaintiffs are represented by the Bridgeport firm of Koskoff,
Koskoff & Bieder, with assistance from the Washington D.C. Trial Lawyers for Public Justice and
the Baltimore firm of Quinn, Ward & Kershaw, and attorney Michael Withy of the Seattle law firm
